Shipping with Colissimo suivi or Registered Colissimo suivi
Orders are shipped by French Post in Colissimo suivi or Colissimo registered with signature.
You can follow your shipment online the afternoon or the day after expedition on the website of the post http://www.laposte.fr/colissimo
In case of absence, you receive a card of your factor. Your order will remain 15 days pending at your post office before return. If you do not get your package within 15 days, you must pay shipping costs for a new shipment.

Orders are delivered to the client against signature.

If you live in a building, it's important to indicate the name of the person indicated on the mailbox.
