General terms of sales
Preamble
The www.zone4men.com website is an electronical commercial website marketting beauty, make-up and care products exclusively designed for men, anti hair loss products as well as accessories for traditional shaving (shaving kit, shaving brush, razor, shaving bowl).
Subject
These general terms and conditions of sales define the commercial relationship between the provider zone4men SPRL, located Rue du Boscalet 10 - 1480 Tubize - Belgium, registered under the firm n° BE 0826.291.926 and the buyer.
Each order will be considered as definitive on receipt of the payment.
On taking down of the order, the buyer is supposed to accept the general terms of sale without conditions nor restrictions as well as the prices, names, quantities and particularities of the products which have been ordered.
Modification of the general terms of sale
Zone4men reserves the right to modify at any time the present general terms of sale.
Confidentiality and private life
When ordering products, the buyer has to register and create an account specifying its personal data via a form.
Zone4men undertakes to preserve the confidentiality of the information provided by the buyer according to the regulation on private life. This information will be exclusively used in the limits of the sale contract. This information will never been yielded nor sold to third parties.
Description of the products
All the products available on www.zone4men.com are delivered provided they are still available in the stocks of the providers.
Zone4men disclaims all responsibility in case of differences as little as they may be between the pictures and the products.
However, these differences do not alter the essential characteristics of the products. Zone4men asks the buyer to read the detailed description of the ingredients of the products. Zone4men guarantees the origin of its products coming exclusively from official manufacturers/suppliers for each brand.
Responsibility
Zone4men disclaims all responsibility in case of small or big damage resulting from an unappropriate use or negligence of its products. Zone4men is only responsible for the distribution of the products sold on its website.
Zone4men website also contains information from third parties and links to other internet websites. In no way www.zone4men can be considered as responsible of damage resulting from the use, the access or the unability to use some pieces of information, nor the contents of the other internet websites.
Zone4men cannot be considered as responsible for any loss of data, files or other unintentional problems.
Access to the website
The buyer is responsible for the telecommunication fees resulting from the access to the internet and the use of the website.
Prices
The prices given in euros or in GBP are those in force at the moment of the order.
Therefore, there will never be subsequent readjustments.
The prices include VAT but not the postage and packaging fees calculated at the end of the order. Zone4men reserves the right to modify them at any time following the constraints of its suppliers.
Payment
Every payment will be processed by a secure encryption process of the data so that no information transmitted by the buyer could be intercepted by third parties.
Payments on the zone4men website can be made by bank card, credit card or by bank transfer.
Cheques are not accepted.

Return and reimbursement
The buyer has the possibility of returning the products within a period of 14 days from the purchase, with the condition that these products are intacts, unopened, not used and contain all the accessories.
The buyer takes on its responsibility the return of the products and any loss or damage resulting therefrom. The buyer will have to pay the costs of the return postage of the items.
If deterioration of items returned, compensation may be deducted from the refundable amount.
The reimbursement of articles will be made after receipt of goods on the bank account specified by the buyer or the credit card within maximum 30 days.
The amount paid includes the value of items returned after deduction of shipping costs.
Every claim reported after this period will not be accepted. The parcels can be sent back at the following address: Zone4men sprl, Rue du Boscalet 10 - 1480 Tubize – Belgium.
When a parcel remained pending in the post office is returned because the customer did not take possession within the time limit, Zone4men will ask 6 euros for a seond shipping of the order.
Electrical device’s warranty
The manufacturer’s warranty is 2 years limited, pieces and working force.
In case of breakdown during the initial warranty’s period will the free reparations provided by the national network’s reparations of authorized technical service centres of the marks.
Litigation
This contract is submitted to clauses of the relative Belgian law.
Every litigation, even in case of plurality of the parties, will fall within the competence of the courts of Nivelles.
