FAQ - GIFT CERTIFICATE
How to offer a gift certificate ?
You wish to offer a gift certificate? It's very easy!
Go to our category "Gift Certificate".
Complete the form with the necessary data.
In the box "For", insert the first name and the name of the person you wish to make the gift.
In the "From", enter your full name.
Choose the amount of the certificate. The minimum amount is 10 euros.
Accompany your gift of a personalized note that you can write in the box labeled "Message".
Shipping of the gift certificate
You can send the gift certificate in 2 ways:
- Shipping by Email: enter the email of the person you wish to make the gift.
- Shipping by Post: enter the postal address of the person
Activation of the gift certificate
Your gift certificate is then added to your basket.
If you pay online (directly by Credit card, Paypal or Bancontact), the gift certificate is sent directly and the code of the gift certificate is active upon purchase.
If you pay in offline mode (by bank transfer), the gift certificate will be sent upon receipt of payment and the code will be activated.
